I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working in private practice in London (HQ Therapy) and Manchester. Previously, I worked in both NHS and third sector psychotherapy services. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework and code of conduct. All enquiries about therapy made via this site are completely confidential.

This website also contains my writing and research on issues connected to mental health and psychotherapy. Much of the work focuses upon the impact of the social, the economic and the political upon the individual, being particularly stirred by the ways in which the psy-sciences (psychology, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, psychiatry) can act in oppressive ways on the person. This means I critique the profession of which I am a part.
